Returns and exchanges
As a brand we pride ourselves on quality – both in our products and our service which is why we offer a 30-day returns policy.
Please note we only accept returns if the products are in the same shape and condition as when you received them and in its original packaging – together with the Returns & Exchanges Form you will receive from Marwida after claiming a return. To clarify, that means the swimshorts must not have been worn or used. The label must not have been removed and must be in perfect condition.
We do not accept responsibility for products lost during a return delivery. Please specify in the Returns & Exchanges Form whether you want to make an exchange for another size/model/colour or a return. Include this information:
- Your name and order number
- Whether it is an exchange or a return
- Which size or model/colour you would like to exchange to
How to return your shipment
- Fill in the contact form for returns on marwida.com/customerservice
- Place the product in its original packaging together with the Returns & Exchanges Form with your specified request
- Marwida will book a shipping after shipping costs have been paid by customer. Place the parcel note on a suitable parcel, preferably the same in which you received your swimshorts. Please make sure to cover or remove the original parcel note.
- Send the freight box at a UPS (International) service point. For orders outside of Sweden you can ask UPS to pick up the box at your convenience. Please call your local UPS office to arrange this www.ups.com.
Should you need to change the size of your Marwida swimshorts or wish to select an alternative style we accept exchanges on all our products. To provide a fast exchange and to improve chances for stock availability, return your products and place a new order. You will not incur any additional shipping costs within the European Union. Note, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.
If you have received an imperfect product please contact our customer relations team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will arrange a return and exchange for you. To ensure your exchange is accepted please consider our conditions for returns & exchanges.
Outside of the European Union
When returning a product from outside of the European Union, contact email@example.com to inform about your return. Make sure to include your name, address and order number. Our customer service team will get back to you with the address to where you should send your return. We do not offer free returns inside or outside of the European Union. You are eligible to both returns and exchanges, but all costs for shipping and duties/import & export taxes will be paid by the client.
