As a brand, we have always prided ourselves on quality – both in our products and our service. However, due to the closure of our company, this is a final sale, and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

If you receive an imperfect product, please contact our customer relations team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, and we will address the issue as promptly as possible. Given the final nature of this sale, we ask for your understanding and patience.

 

Exchanges

 

Due to the company closure, exchanges are not possible. Please consider your purchase carefully, as all sales are final.

 

Outside of the European Union

 

As the company is closing down, we are unable to process any exchanges or returns. Please note that all sales are final, and we cannot cover any costs for shipping, duties, or import/export taxes.
